What you'll do

• Coach staff in customer service
• prepare high-quality food and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience
• handle cash
• follow training programs and enforce policies
• support staff development, marketing initiatives, and sales
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• become certified in all four restaurant positions
• serve as key holder
• open and close the store
• bake bread, complete prep, slice products, and lead a crew of 2–5 people.
