Fitness Director

• create staff schedules
• maintain fitness areas and equipment
• prepare the departmental budget and submit payroll and expense reports
• address employee issues
• monitor personal training quality
• enroll members in programs
• maintain staff certifications
• personally train clients and orient members to equipment.
