What you'll do

• Lead, educate, and develop employees
• monitor performance
• oversee multiple shop operations
• plan daily manpower
• support operations on equipment issues
• identify cost and efficiency improvements
• approve payroll and maintain repair orders and compliance documentation
• address corrective actions
• maintain safe facilities and equipment
• communicate with clients
• track equipment sent for outside repairs
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• interview and hire shop staff
• comply with applicable laws and company procedures.
