Director of Implementation

The Director of Implementation is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO, with office attendance 2–3 days per week. Compensation is a $180,000–$225,000 base salary, plus equity. Zocks builds an AI assistant that helps financial advisors automate operational work and grow their businesses. The director builds and leads the implementation function for enterprise and mid-market customers, establishing scalable delivery systems while owning onboarding outcomes. The role supports customer adoption and value by guiding complex deployments and coordinating with Sales, Support, Product, and other post-sales teams.

What you'll do

• Hire, coach, and develop Implementation Managers
• establish implementation methodology, systems, and metrics
• manage capacity, staffing, and forecasting
• own time-to-live, deployment quality, adoption at go-live, and onboarding satisfaction
• serve as senior contact and escalation point for complex deployments
• partner with Sales, Support, Product, and post-sales teams on handoffs, customer experience, and product feedback
• help shape the post-sales operating model.
