What you'll do

• Enter work-related injury, incident, and conservative-treatment information into the workers’ compensation database
• coordinate claims information with carriers and TPAs and collaborate with adjusters and stakeholders
• gather and review accident investigations and witness statements
• maintain claim files with medical, follow-up, and return-to-work updates
• prepare weekly injury summaries
• review mileage reimbursements, medical bills, and drug-screen invoices
• check claim forms and follow up on missing information
• distribute audit reports to branches
• support the Director of Risk Management with claims handling and complex or urgent matters
• coordinate with medical providers, adjusters, lawyers, and internal staff
• report workplace deaths, catastrophic events, or serious injuries
• close resolved claims promptly.
