Assisted Living Dietary Aide

The aide supports meal service for residents by maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, washing and restocking dishes and utensils, and helping set dining tables and serve meals. What you'll do

• Wash, dry, and restock dishes, cookware, and silverware using proper sanitation methods
• clean kitchen surfaces and equipment
• operate, clean, and delime the dish machine
• clean the grease trap screen and spills
• follow infection-control, food-handling, emergency, and safety procedures
• complete incident and accident reports
• set dining tables and assist with meal service
• prepare salads and desserts when needed
• remove trash and break down boxes.
