This position helps patients move from referral and inquiry through registration and scheduling by coordinating insurance verification, referral records, and front-office communication. It also provides administrative support for research visits, including obtaining measurements and performing ECGs when assigned.

What you'll do

• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, deductibles, copays, and referral or authorization requirements
• update insurance records in patient management and EMR systems. Receive and track physician referrals, register patients, support scheduling and follow-up, answer and route calls, and maintain documentation. Assist with reporting, claims follow-up, and accounts receivable as assigned. Provide non-clinical research visit support and obtain vital signs, height, weight, and BMI or perform ECGs when assigned
• training is provided for ECGs.
