The HVAC Installer – Commercial Retrofit role is onsite in Grand Junction, CO, supporting an upcoming commercial retrofit project in Aspen, CO. Pay is $25–$42 per hour. Kelso Industries delivers HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical solutions nationwide. This role installs and replaces commercial heating and cooling equipment and systems, helping improve building energy efficiency, meet code requirements, and enhance system performance. Installers coordinate with crew members and customers to complete work safely and keep projects on schedule.

What you'll do

• Remove and replace commercial heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, and rooftop package units
• install VAV and VRF systems and building controls
• run low-voltage control wiring and complete rough-in work
• assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed
• follow applicable codes and regulations
• communicate with customers onsite
• work with crew members to meet schedules and customer expectations.
