What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers
• implement training plans
• uphold food safety and brand standards
• coach teams on guest service
• address guest concerns
• evaluate restaurant operations
• review financial reports and pursue sales and profitability goals
• maintain cash, sales, inventory, schedules, and required paperwork
• communicate company initiatives and report incidents.
