What you'll do

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for building systems, grounds, and resident spaces
• lead the maintenance team and oversee work orders and preventive maintenance
• inspect apartments, common areas, equipment, and grounds
• coordinate repairs and project updates with property leadership
• oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and structural repairs
• manage vendors, supplies, inventory, and maintenance schedules
• respond to emergencies and participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed
• lead safety programs and support hiring, training, and performance management.
