• Support friendly and accurate guest check-in and check-out
• answer and direct calls
• take reservations and cancellations
• handle cash, credit, and sales transactions
• monitor guest safety and service issues
• communicate room availability, maintenance, and housekeeping issues
• assist front desk and reservation agents.
