What you'll do

• Support accounts receivable and contracts by reviewing case details, posting payments, and processing adjustments and refunds. Process and code vendor invoices and expense statements
• monitor bank activity, handle deposits and transfers, and complete recurring reconciliations. Process weekly payroll, prepare payroll reports, file monthly sales and use tax reports, maintain financial records, reconcile petty cash, and uphold internal controls and general ledger accuracy.
