College and Career Readiness Specialist

The College and Career Readiness Specialist role is onsite in Eugene, OR, with a Monday–Friday schedule, generally 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; hours may vary slightly with program needs. Pay is $25.72 per hour. Looking Glass Community Services provides services to Lane County youth and families and works to build a better future for youth, adults, and families. The specialist supports at-risk youth and young adults ages 14–24 who face barriers to success. Through career development, occupational skills training, work readiness, academic growth, support coordination, and case management, the role helps participants build pathways toward education and employment.

What you'll do

• Assist with career development, occupational skills training, work readiness, and academic growth
• coordinate support services and provide ongoing case management to at-risk youth and young adults ages 14–24
• assist with program planning, development, and marketing activities.
