Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist, Cleveland Territory

Job overview

The Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist role is field-based across Cleveland, Toledo, and Sandusky, OH, with travel up to 70% depending on geography. Compensation is $165,000–$195,000 per year in base salary. COMPASS Pathways is developing investigational mental health treatments, including COMP360 for treatment-resistant depression and PTSD. The specialist supports adoption and appropriate use of the therapy at certified treatment centers. The role builds provider relationships, delivers compliant clinical education, supports site readiness and patient access, and coordinates with medical, market access, patient support, and commercial operations teams.

What you'll do

• Execute territory commercial strategy
• develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems
• deliver scientifically accurate and compliant product and disease education
• support patient selection and referral pathways
• assist certified sites with onboarding and treatment workflows
• address reimbursement and access challenges
• share field insights
• manage territory planning, account prioritization, and performance tracking.
