Warehouse Operations Director

What you'll do

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, freight preparation, and shipping across warehouse locations
• standardize procedures and conduct facility visits, inspections, inventory reviews, and performance assessments
• oversee safe handling of heavy and oversized products and less-than-truckload freight
• use NetSuite ERP for transactions, transfers, adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting
• lead local warehouse managers and supervisors
• monitor operational metrics and coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and other teams.
