Job overview
The Behavior Technician is a part-time, onsite role based in Great Falls, VA. This position supports Proud Moments ABA in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children on the autism spectrum. The role exists to provide one-on-one specialized treatment in a home-based setting. The technician works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavioral plans, collect data, and support families in achieving positive developmental outcomes.

- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA, collect data to monitor progress, support BCBA with family training, and maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
