Contact Center Collections Representative

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls about overdue payments and account status
• negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies and customer circumstances
• update accounts and document collection activity
• follow up on broken promises
• handle disputes and escalate complex cases
• comply with regulatory standards and protect customer confidentiality
• meet daily and monthly collection targets and call quality standards.
