What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy and social services
• assess clients and develop individualized care plans
• provide treatment and evaluate its effectiveness
• facilitate discharge planning and aftercare
• maintain timely documentation and confidentiality
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision
• maintain license-related continuing education.
