What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with case managers
• review clinical referrals for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients
• conduct community outreach
• build rapport with hospitals, providers, prospective residents, clients, and families
• assist with marketing and business plans
• conduct tours
• notify hospitals and families about application status
• maintain accurate and timely sales and marketing reports
• manage multiple facilities and hospital territories.
