What you'll do

• Lead technical delivery and quality control for traffic engineering projects
• establish methodologies
• lead and review traffic impact, operations, signal, corridor, safety, and access management work
• evaluate intersection, corridor, and network performance
• prepare and review calculations, models, plans, specifications, and reports
• apply relevant agency standards
• coordinate with clients and agencies
• mentor staff
• improve technical standards and processes
• and support scopes, estimates, proposals, and strategic pursuits.
