• track costs, timelines, change orders, and milestones
• coordinate homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and partners
• keep clients informed and set expectations
• maintain project records, schedules, logs, budgets, and change orders using digital tools
• resolve issues
• monitor progress, workmanship, jobsite safety, building-code compliance, and project specifications
• collaborate on process improvements.
