What you'll do

• Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, investors, builders, and attorneys
• counsel members on mortgage applications and products
• perform preliminary underwriting
• ensure applications and supporting documents are accurate and complete
• monitor local real estate trends and regulatory changes
• attend community and industry events
• coordinate with mortgage processing staff.
