Job overview

The Data and Applications Analyst role is based onsite in Tacoma, WA during a 120-day probation period; with supervisor approval and depending on business need, a hybrid schedule may be possible afterward but is not guaranteed. Pay is $107,678–$119,506 per year. Tacoma Housing’s work supports communities and families across Tacoma. The analyst serves as the organization’s business intelligence and data analytics professional, developing reliable data, reports, and visualizations for operations, compliance, planning, and decision-making. The role also stewards enterprise data systems and supports governance, quality, and effective use of reporting tools.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain integrated datasets, reports, visualizations, data models, and reporting processes
  • build Power BI reports and semantic models
  • support Microsoft Fabric data warehouses and lakehouses
  • maintain data quality, refresh reliability, security, and governance
  • support Yardi Data Connect development and data transformation
  • document data dictionaries and lineage
  • monitor and troubleshoot reporting performance
  • partner with business users, IT, Yardi administrators, and vendors
  • provide end-user training and support.
