What you'll do

• Learn and support the Agvance ERP system
• install and test software upgrades
• resolve software, hardware, and operations problems
• track support requests and assist end users
• train users on Agvance, Jamf, SEP, and Microsoft 365
• maintain users, environments, directories, and security on internal platforms
• confirm vendor licensing bills
• provide backup troubleshooting for basic hardware issues.
