Store Manager Trainee

What you'll do

• Complete training and evaluations, then, if qualified, take responsibility for a store department’s standard operating procedures, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, and supervisory duties. Manage daily department operations
• work with store management on promotions and sales targets
• maintain displays, freshness, and stock
• order products
• receive and inspect poultry shipments
• manage inventory rotation and counts
• schedule employees and manage attendance
• coach and train staff
• and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
