What you'll do

• Provide direct support and supervision to children and adolescents
• assist with therapeutic and skill-building activities
• help youth practice coping, emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, and social skills
• reinforce treatment goals and interventions
• observe and report significant changes
• assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation according to policy and training
• support transitions and program activities
• participate in meetings, supervision, and training
• complete documentation
• maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• follow treatment plans and safety procedures
• report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, and safety concerns.
