What you'll do

• Maintain responsibility for multiple facilities
• develop and execute two- to three-year capital master plans
• develop project scopes, estimates, business cases, and approvals
• manage project design, procurement, scheduling, construction, commissioning, validation, and closeout
• coordinate stakeholders and contractors
• ensure food safety, quality, environmental, health, and safety compliance
• troubleshoot technical issues and implement countermeasures
• support maintenance and breakdown-elimination initiatives
• lead sustainability and continuous-improvement projects
• provide technical expertise in sanitary design and process technology
• mentor indirect reports and contractors
• support project reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
