Retail Store Manager

What you'll do

• Manage store operations and personnel
• interview, hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
• review and approve timecards
• maintain customer service and store presentation standards
• coordinate sales and income goals
• train staff and assistant managers
• conduct employee development check-ins
• oversee inventory, pricing, merchandise rotation, cash control, audits, and bank deposits
• ensure policies, procedures, and safety training are followed.
