What you'll do

• Oversee repair and restoration projects from estimate through closeout
• direct on-site superintendents and foremen
• manage estimating, bidding, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting
• identify risks and corrective measures
• attend project meetings
• develop client relationships and resolve issues
• coordinate with subcontractors and assistant project managers
• secure permits and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
