The Mixer Operator role is onsite in Nashville, TN, with first, second, and third shifts available; compensation is not specified. Stratas Foods supplies branded and custom-formulated fats and oils solutions to food service, food ingredient, and retail sectors. The entry-level Mixer I learns and performs food-product mixing operations while following recipes, process controls, quality standards, and food-safety requirements. The role supports production by operating and monitoring equipment, documenting batches, cleaning line components, and completing training and qualification requirements.

What you'll do

• Learn mixing processes and equipment
• construct or adjust recipes
• operate and tend mixing or blending machines
• monitor gauges and process conditions
• operate CIP skids and clean line components
• follow chemical-handling and PPE procedures
• document product movements and ingredient additions
• complete assigned training and qualifications
• follow safety, quality, and food-safety procedures.
