The Transport Refrigeration Technician is an onsite role based in El Paso, TX, with compensation dependent on experience. This position supports the W&B Service Company team by maintaining and repairing transport refrigeration units for trucks, trailers, and rail systems. This role exists to ensure the proper functioning of critical cooling systems, contributing to the company's goal of providing reliable service as a leading dealer of Carrier Transicold equipment. The technician performs diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair charging, cooling, and electrical systems
• perform leak detection and refrigerant line soldering
• replace compressors and evaporator/condenser units
• maintain reefer units per manufacturer specs
• identify and obtain necessary parts.
