What you'll do

• Review production schedules and recipes
• weigh, stage, and verify ingredients
• operate industrial mixers and related equipment
• monitor mixing times, dough temperature, hydration, and consistency
• troubleshoot mixing issues and conduct in-process quality checks
• escalate out-of-spec results
• assign and coordinate work for Mixing Operators
• complete batch records and traceability documentation
• inspect and clean equipment
• follow sanitation, GMP, allergen-control, and OSHA safety procedures
• and maintain batch flow to production. The schedule may require up to six workdays per week based on business needs.
