What you'll do

• Enter customer purchase orders and prepare production job travelers
• follow up on customer orders and inquiries
• match vendor invoices with packing slips and purchase orders
• enter invoices and initiate ACH and check payments
• maintain daily production records in the ERP system
• coordinate with quality control and shop personnel
• support purchasing and reconcile company credit cards.
