The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Annapolis, MD, at a skilled nursing or long-term care facility. Compensation is $60,000–$80,000 per year. Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates provides registered dietitian services to long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, subacute rehabilitation, assisted living, and adult medical day care settings. The dietitian assesses residents’ nutritional needs and evaluates their plans of care, helping support health and well-being in coordination with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams. The role also provides nutrition education and counseling and helps ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

What you'll do

• Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of each resident’s plan of care
• participate in interdisciplinary care conferences as needed
• provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff as needed
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
