By issuing certificates, processing policy changes, providing quotes, and supporting process improvements, the role contributes to timely customer service and effective policy management.

What you'll do

• Issue insurance certificates and process policy changes
• assist with process improvement and the pay-as-you-go insurance program
• help customers, prospects, and partner agents with questions and coverage needs
• provide customer service and insurance quotes
• work with partners to resolve concerns
• participate in ad hoc projects, which may include translating customer portals and terms, shadowing new agents during training, and meeting with Product teams about customer needs.
