What you'll do

• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, appliances, and building systems
• respond to resident service requests
• prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain common areas and grounds
• coordinate specialized repairs with vendors
• keep work records
• and follow safety procedures and building codes. Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
