The Security Guard, St. Rafael role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI, Monday–Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $16.50–$18.76 per hour. The guard supports a Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee site by maintaining a welcoming, safe, and secure environment for members and visitors. The role monitors the building and grounds, addresses safety and security concerns, and helps visitors follow site rules. Radio communication and directing members to program areas support safe, orderly club operations.

What you'll do

• Patrol the building and grounds and ensure unused areas are locked
• address suspicious people, fire hazards, leaking pipes, and unlocked security doors
• enforce rules and regulations among visitors and members
• maintain radio contact with the security team, club manager, or lead staff
• answer questions about club policies
• direct members in the lobby to program areas
• participate in required training.
