The Director of Accounting reports to the CFO and is responsible for leading all accounting functions for Arvato North America, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records and reporting. This onsite role in Miami, FL, offers a salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll, indirect tax, and insurance. The Director collaborates with the central treasury team and partners closely with other Finance and Business functions to support global supply chain operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage all accounting operations including GL and month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate reporting requirements.
• Oversee payroll and indirect tax.
• Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
