What you'll do

• Provide a safe home with a private room or space
• assist with daily living, personal care, meals, and medication
• coordinate and attend health appointments
• provide transportation
• maintain daily notes, medication records, and incident reports
• participate in treatment meetings and recreational activities
• ensure trained backup coverage
• assist with household tasks
• advocate for the resident and support community involvement.
