What you'll do

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations and resident care
• support compliance with state and federal regulations and quality standards
• lead, train, and develop nursing team members, including CNAs and QMAs
• assist with hiring, performance management, and coaching
• promote cross-department teamwork
• participate in quality improvement, committees, and budget planning
• and provide leadership coverage and assume DON responsibilities when needed.
