What you'll do

• Respond to agents and policyholders by phone, email, and written correspondence
• assist with quotes, endorsements, policy changes, and renewals
• enter and process new business policies and renewal transactions
• develop knowledge of coverages, underwriting guidelines, rating plans, and state requirements
• support underwriting through data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
• help improve workflows and procedures
• participate in special projects.
