The Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist role is onsite in Spokane, WA, for approximately 20–29 hours per week. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour. The role supports URM Stores’ financial operations at a leading food distributor serving independent grocers in the Inland Northwest. The specialist processes and reconciles receivables, supports payment collection, and maintains customer records and documentation. The work helps keep customer account information accurate and supports the company’s financial operations.

What you'll do

• Post payments
• communicate with customers about invoices and payment applications
• identify balances for credit-card and ACH sweep payments
• reconcile the accounts receivable subsystem daily
• sort and distribute mail
• support outgoing payment collection
• scan and archive credit memos and supporting documents
• track expiring reseller permits
• assist with customer statements
• provide switchboard relief
• maintain customer files
• back up other positions and complete assigned projects.
