What you'll do

• store clean dishes and equipment
• set up workstations
• maintain clean dishware during peak periods
• monitor cleaning supplies and order when needed
• report machine issues
• remove garbage
• sanitize kitchen areas and floors
• follow sanitation guidelines and opening and closing routines.
