Preschool Classroom Mentor and Curriculum Coordinator

What you'll do

• Mentor and coach classroom teachers
• guide lesson planning, curriculum implementation, classroom management, and child engagement
• coordinate and monitor curriculum
• review lesson plans
• observe classrooms and provide feedback
• support teacher onboarding and training
• maintain curriculum resources
• collaborate with center leadership
• support licensing, safety, and quality standards
• assist with developmental documentation
• provide classroom coverage as needed.
