What you'll do

• Carry an active neighbor caseload and deliver whole-household coaching sessions aligned to domain goals
• assist with coaching pool scheduling, calendars, caseload assignments, and capacity tracking
• maintain Salesforce documentation
• support assessment administration, data entry, progress updates, and report generation
• answer operational questions for coaches
• participate in team huddles, case consultations, and reflective practice
• monitor outcome data and follow up on missing records
• compile pathway and activity metrics
• support onboarding to documentation standards and coaching protocols
• track and report assigned performance targets.
