Travel Field Registered Nurse — Home Health

What you'll do

• Provide home health visits
• complete comprehensive assessments and documentation
• obtain and document physician orders
• initiate and reevaluate care plans with the Clinical Team Manager
• coordinate with physicians and the home care team
• perform recertifications, resumptions of care, transfers, and discharges as requested
• assess need for other team services
• and conduct Home Health Aide supervisory visits.

Why this role

Requires one year of visiting RN and nursing experience, a current California RN license, BLS, NSO nursing license insurance, and IV/Phlebotomy certification. Availability requested for at least two to three days weekly (or ten productivity units), one weekend monthly, and two holidays yearly.
