What you'll do

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy aligned with program schedules
• complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• collaborate with families, caregivers, and external agencies
• participate in interdisciplinary treatment meetings
• maintain compliant documentation
• provide crisis intervention and facilitate special case conferences when needed
• maintain a safe, supportive therapeutic environment and follow facility policies.
