What you'll do

• Manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, collections, and administration
• oversee eligibility, certifications, recertifications, income verification, and compliance records
• market units and process applications
• monitor rent collection and delinquency
• prepare budgets and financial reports
• inspect the property and coordinate vendors and maintenance
• respond to resident concerns
• support audits and regulatory reviews.
