Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect common areas and perimeter
• remove trash and debris
• perform minor repairs and pressure cleaning
• assist with event setup and clubhouse janitorial duties
• check and replace lights, maintain light-supply inventory, and reprogram timers
• report drainage and building issues
• complete small painting tasks and check air-conditioning drip pans.
