What you'll do

• Conduct room-by-room residential inventories
• photograph appliances, electronics, lighting, and other assets
• create 3D scans and floorplans
• use a paint scanner to record colors and finishes
• log utility locations and safety devices
• gather homeowner context and preferences
• represent Casa professionally and discreetly
• document work accurately in the app and handle equipment carefully.
